My daughter bought me a Nespresso Concept espresso machine for Christmas this year. She did a lot of research to find a machine that would be easy to use and produce excellent results. I would say that she hit a bull's eye with this machine! It is so simple to use that anyone could make a perfect cup of espresso immediately. The machine uses individual espresso coffee packets to brew the coffee. The packets are not expensive (about $.45 each)and come in many different strengths. When you purchase the packets from the Nespresso company, they arrive in two business days. Buying the coffee in the packets is so nice because I live in a small, midwest town where purchasing espresso coffees locally would be impossible. This way, I have access to excellent espresso coffees that are perfectly measured and produce delicious coffee time after time. These machines are pricey, but the company stands by its product to such an extent that if there is ever any problem with it, the company will repair or replace it free of charge. If you have been comtemplating the purchase of an espresso machine, please give serious consideration to this machine. You will not be sorry!

Nespresso has developed a unique extraction system specially adapted to capsules. It controls every vital setting when preparing a perfect espresso. Nespresso machines have been designed with renowned partners and designers, and bring out the taste and aromas of coffee by combining quality of design with ease of use.The Nespresso C190 machine is part of our Concept line. Our concept line features machines, which use a jaw system to load the capsule easily and a high profile avant-garde design, with more rounded contours and shapes. The C190 machine deploys technology essential for preparing an outstanding Espresso, and is exceptionally easy to use. Manual control of the amount of coffee in the cup. A high pressure pump (19 bars) extracts all the aromas and develops a smooth crema in the cup. A thermobloc which heats water to 187°and 196° during extraction and empties the remaining water after each use so that the water is fresh for each preparation. A simple system with a jaw which perforates the capsule and soaks all the ground coffee to optimally filter the coffee. Removable steam nozzle for hot water and steam.
